Tea Rebellion's White Prakash is a superior quality white tea. It's made from the baby plant only in the special time in the spring and with virtually no processing. The name Prakash signifies bright light in Nepali and is also the middle name of the founder of Kanchanjangha Tea Estate.
This tea consists of the highly nutritious tip of the plant, which also makes it the tea with the least amount of caffeine. It is considered the healthiest of all caffeinated teas. While slightly darker than some white teas, White Prakash includes vanilla, spring blossoms and melted butter notes.
