Shipping

Green Beauty Curator ships to Canada, the USA, and select European countries - France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, the United Kingdom.  

We provide shipping via Canada Post and UPS as well as local pick-up.  

Expedited Parcels, via Canada Post and UPS include a tracking number. US orders are sent via Canada Post and then transferred to USPS and will also have a tracking number.

Please note that order processing time may vary between 24-72 hours.

FREE SHIPPING:
Canada Wide — over $200
USA Wide — over $200

Please note, all orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses can only be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Local Pickup Information
Local pickup is available at 297 High Park Ave from 10AM - 6PM Monday to Friday.  Please wait for the confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.  Please let us know when you plan to stop by so we can place your order in the mailbox.  

NOTE:  As we operate out of a home studio, we are not available for walk-ins.  If you would like to make an appointment for in-studio shopping or if you need any other assistance please do so here.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that there are times when an item isn’t right for you and we're sorry that you're not totally satisfied with your purchase.  As we are a small green business we do our best to keep our carbon footprint down.  Shipping products back and forth across this big nation of ours is not great for the environment.  For these reasons we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or refunds.

Except For

Damaged and Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@greenbeautycurator.ca and we will try to make things right.

Exchange for Local Toronto Residents 

If you are able to return your item(s) unopened and unused to our studio in Toronto within 14 days of your purchase, we can exchange your item for an another item of the same value.

Colour Matching

Please contact us via direct message on our site or email at hello@greenbeautycurator.ca when you're colour matching a tinted product to ensure that we help you find the right shade. We understand that colour matching can be difficult when done online.  For this reason, we offer samples for the majority of our products.  If you're unsure if a shade will be right for you, please order a sample first instead of the full product.  We are unable to accept returns for incorrect shades.
